Before Your Order Ships
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they’re shipped. Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page with your order number, and we’ll process the cancellation and refund right away.
After Your Order Ships
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled – at that point, our Return & Exchange policy applies instead.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Because these are woven specifically for you, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We’ll always confirm this with you before starting work on a custom piece.
Refund Timeline
Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
