Yes - every saree at Haravillu is handwoven by skilled artisans from weaving clusters across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Small variations in weave and motif placement are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

We recommend dry cleaning for silk and zari-heavy sarees to preserve the weave and border work. Cotton handlooms can usually be gently hand-washed in cold water and dried in shade. Care instructions are also included with every order.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-8 business days depending on your location. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also look it up anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and billing email.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree is unused and unwashed with tags intact. See our Return & Exchange page for the full policy.

COD availability depends on your delivery pincode and is shown at checkout. A flat shipping fee applies to all COD orders.

For select designs, yes. Reach out through our Contact Us page with the saree you're interested in and what you'd like changed, and we'll confirm feasibility, cost, and timeline before you order.

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available - all shown at checkout.

Every saree is a standard 5.5-6.3 metres unless noted otherwise on the product page. For blouse pieces, a size guide is available on the product page, or reach out to us for help choosing.
