Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. During sale periods or for made-to-order pieces, processing may take slightly longer – we’ll always let you know by email if that’s the case.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Rest of India: 5-8 business days
- Remote areas: up to 10 business days
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹1,999. Orders below this amount, and all Cash on Delivery orders, carry a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping charges and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also look up your order anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and billing email.
Delays
While we do everything we can to meet the timelines above, factors like weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions are occasionally outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated if your order is delayed.
